- In the summer (1st April to 1st October) all bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
- Short breaks of 3 nights or more are available from 1st October to 31st March.
- Dove Cottage will be available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and Fern and Rose Cottage will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Arrival at a later time can be arranged.
- All Cottages must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
- Internet bookings or telephone bookings are provisional until confirmed with a booking form and deposit of £50 per week. Provisional bookings are valid for 10 days only.
- If the booking is cancelled we will try to re-let. If we succeed in re-letting the cottage for the whole period, all monies paid will be refunded. If we are unable to re-let the property then all monies paid will be forfeited. We recommend that clients take out Cancellation insurance.
- The balance of the rent to be paid four weeks in advance of the holiday. If the booking is made within four weeks of the start of the holiday, the rent must be paid in full in advance.
- All Cottages are non smoking.
- Pets are not allowed.
